DESI SASS Cancellation Policy
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
a. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
b. If the cancellation is done after your product has been shipped, it will be eligible for replacement, ONLY in cases where there are manufacturing defects/damages found with the product.

Are the On Sale products eligible for Return/Exchange?
Products on sale are NOT eligible for return. Please read the product description carefully and choose your size aptly from the given size chart. In case of any returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
What happens if a wrong/damaged product is delivered to me?
We apologize for this however in a rare case you happen to receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a photograph at desisass.official@gmail.com. After you receive a confirmation from our end, please send it back to us.
We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost (provided we have stock). In case stock is not available in the size you ordered we shall refund the amount (Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days). Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Products shall not be eligible for return or replacement if they are received in bad shape, torn or with missing tags etc.
