- What is the Return/Exchange policy of your store?
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to terms and conditions of the store. All the purchases will be non-refundable. WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS. However, we do accept exchange requests.
- In what senario a cancellation can be done?
If you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at desisass.official@gmail.com or by sending us a whatsapp or DM on Instagram. Kindly inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount.
Products once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
- Under what situations I am eligible for a Refund/Exchange?
Refund is not applicable to any dresses purchased at Desi Sass in any case except in the case a damaged or wrong product is sent to you.

- Refund not applicable if Customer does not like the cloth material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.
- Refund not applicable if customer wants to exchange the dress with different dress (in special cases we deduct a handling and shipping cost for another dress that is 150/- rupees).
- Refund not applicable if customer does not like the Cloth Material of the dress.
- Refund not applicable if customer is not satisfied as we commit to deliver what we have displayed and for the prices we have charged is the best possible.
- Refund not applicableif the product is washed and worn.
- ANY SMALL ISSUES LIKE TASSELS PULLED, AS THAT MIGHT HAPPEN DURING TRANSIT OF THE PRODUCT. YOU CAN EASILY FIX IT.
- Exchanges are accepted ONLY IF THERE IS SOME MANUFACTURING DEFECT, then the garment should be sent back to us (address given below). The item should be dispatched back to us within 7 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment we will inform you to go ahead with placing an exchange order. The exchange garment
- If the garment size doesn’t fit you at all, you can send it for exchange and request for a different size AS PER THE AVAILABLITY (the courier charges will be deducted from the amount which is Rupees 100/-). Please write a note with your order no and size required for the dress. In this senario, You are NOT allowed to buy a different dress. You will be getting the same dress in bigger or smaller size as per your note.
- What happens if a wrong/damaged product is delivered to me?
We apologize for this however in a rare case you happen to receive a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share a photograph at Desisass.official@gmail.com. After you receive a confirmation from our end, please send it back to us as we don’t have a reverse pick up facility,
- Do you provide reverse pick up facility?
Any product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick ups & the second round shipping is paid by customer as mentioned above.

- Are the prices mentioned for the products, inclusive of taxes?
- Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
- The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also the garment should be properly folded and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
- Are the On Sale products eligible for Return/Exchange?
All the sale & discounted purchase is non exchangeable and Returnable.
- When will my order be shipped?
We strive to ship all items in a timely matter, however, backorders do occur. We have recently increased our inventory to meet everyones’ requirements. We usually ship the product the same day, if the payment is received before 5 pm. Any payments done for any Desi sass product after that time will be shipped the next day. We will certainly inform you of the estimated time of delivery when you place an order with us.
In case a product is getting made/modified as per customer’s requirements, it can take upto 3-4 days to ship the product.
- What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
Depending upon your location delivery may take 3 to 5 working days after the order is dispatched from our warehouse. If the product is a “made to order” then it will take around 15 days time to be shipped.
- Are all your products handmade?
We fully support our rich cultural heritage and the people involved in the process of making it. We work with artisans across India to bring you the rich cultural heritage of our country. All the products featured on Desi Sass have human touch involved and are mostly handmade.
- What are the shipping charges and/or are there any additional charges?
Free shipping is available on all products shipped within India.
